Planet Burrito, Casual Mexican Cafe, combines an eclectic blend of atmosphere and authentic Tex-Mex fare in a quick service, custom-build design.
The “Planet” in Planet Burrito, symbolizes three things:
First, we use only the freshest ingredients; ingredients without additives or preservatives, and a focus on trans-fat elimination. We make all of our food fresh daily and hand-make our sauces, salsas, and marinades.
Second, in addition to hand-crafted and time honored Tex-Mex recipes and flavor influences from Texas and the Southwestern United States, we also include authentic Latin flavors from other parts of the world, such as Spain, Central, and South America.
Third, fulfilling our mission to support the planet, we use low voltage lighting, energy and water saving equipment and biodegradables where possible. We also support local and national charities.

Catering Event From 25 to 5,000
Whether you need to cater a breakfast meeting at your office for 25, a wedding reception fajita buffet with margarita machines and mariachis for 150, or a major corporate event for 5,000+, we can fulfill your vision. We specialize in all aspects of event planning, from onsite setup, disposable pans and utensils only, to fully catered and staffed events with setup, service, and take down. We can accommodate fajita, nacho or taco bars, burrito stations, or enchiladas, breakfast tacos, etc. We also handle custom requests, such as assorted breakfast breads, fruit platters, etc. See our catering menu for details.
